We will have limited amounts of Universal Tickets for sale during the competition, so we highly recommend buying your tickets in advance to guarantee you get exactly what you want. Universal’s Volcano Bay is not open due to COVID, if anything changes we will let everyone know. DEADLINE to Order tickets for Shipping is February 1st. DEADLINE to Order tickets for Meet Pickup is February 10th. After February 10th, we cannot guarantee we will have your ticket choice available. This website will reflect what we have available.
Note: Due to COVID restrictions, Universal Studios has made us aware that the theme park (especially on holiday weekends) can reach capacity early in the day so they HIGHLY recommend arriving to the parks in the morning to make sure that you can enter the parks. If the park is at capacity, you will be issued a refund for your tickets. You must returned the unused tickets back to us in order to receive a refund. If any portion of the ticket has been used (Example: 1 Day of a 2 Day Ticket has been used) we cannot offer a refund.
Shipping: The window for shipping tickets to personal addresses has closed. If you need your tickets prior to 2/12 at 11am you can choose to have your tickets shipped to the Orlando World Center Marriott where you can pick up your tickets from the front desk of the hotel. Please note what day you would like to pick up your tickets in the comment section at checkout.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Tickets will ship at beginning of February if you opt for shipping. We do not receive our tickets until the end of January from the parks.
Theme Park Tickets for “Competition Venue Pick Up,” can be picked up starting Friday (2/12) from 11am – 4pm as well as Saturday & Sunday during the competition. Theme Park ticket pick up is located at our Theme Park Ticket Booth located inside the Orlando World Center Marriott next to the entrance of the gymnastics competition in the Cypress Hall.
Your tickets are purchased through us is with our youth group discount, so do not attempt to pickup tickets at the theme parks, as they will not be there. Our tickets are an ALL AGES ticket and our prices include Sales Tax. Tickets will say “Youth Ticket” on them, but this does not mean it’s a child’s ticket, it’s because we are a youth group.
THEME PARK TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT WE DO HAVE A COVID RETURN POLICY ON UNUSED TICKETS. In the event that someone in your group is unable to attend the meet due to a COVID positive test, we will offer a full refund MINUS a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee & $15 Shipping & Handling Fee (if tickets were shipped). In order to receive your refund, we will need a note from your doctor or a positive test result. If you elected to have your tickets shipped to you, we will issue the refund after you return the unused tickets back to us. If any portion of the ticket has been used (Example: 1 Day of a 2 Day Ticket has been used) we cannot offer a refund. Please email Tickets@MagicalClassic.com to notify us if you need to return them.
