In the event that someone in your group is unable to attend the meet due to a COVID positive test, we will offer a full refund MINUS a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee and $15 Shipping and Handling Fee (if you opted to have your tickets shipped). In order to receive your refund, we will need a note from your doctor or a positive test result. If you elected to have your tickets shipped to you, we will issue the refund after you return the unused tickets back to us. If any portion of the ticket has been used (Example: 1 Day of a 2 Day Ticket has been used) we cannot offer a refund.
Shipping: If you would like to have your tickets shipped to you, you must select the $15 shipping option at checkout. Shipping is only available to addresses located inside the United States. For international teams, we can ship tickets to your US hotel. Be sure to provide your Hotel Name, Address, Date of Arrival and name the room is booked under.
Additional Info: Our discounted theme park tickets are good for ALL Ages. Our ticket prices include sales tax and our tickets are Non-Refundable. All tickets will say “Youth” on them, but they are not a child’s ticket, it is because we are a youth group. Theme Park ticket charges on credit cards will come from Brown’s Gymnastics.
**Please Note: This ticket will not allow you to ride the Hogwarts Express. If you want to Ride the Hogwarts Express, you must purchase a hopper ticket. The Hogwarts Express will take you between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
